Position Overview

 Account Executives at OverseeAI engage with major property and casualty insurance carriers, identify and establish alignment between our platform and the carrier’s artificial intelligence strategy, and orchestrate all aspects of the sales cycle. The Account Executive role is high-visibility within the OverseeAI business, engaging cross-functionally to ensure customers’ needs are addressed quickly, and business results are delivered efficiently. You will have a unique opportunity to serve as the voice of the customer, helping to drive customer-centricity across our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the customer account strategy and activities from initial contact to contract execution
  • Drive C-level and broader stakeholder engagement with our customers and prospects across their business
  • Lead and undertake sales activities from initial contact until sale closure
  • Proactive development of new business in assigned territory
  • Develop and execute prospecting strategies to identify, qualify, pursue, and close new business
  • Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to ensure ARR objectives are exceeded
  • Secure and lead face-to-face and virtual meetings with business leaders and decision-makers, including C-level executives within our target marketplace
  • Develop, maintain, and grow an ongoing sales pipeline

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in quota-bearing enterprise software sales roles
  • Proven track record of selling complex SaaS enterprise applications to insurance carriers
  • Understand enterprise technology and the key challenges facing insurance executives
  • Lead and undertake sales activities from initial contact until sale closure
  • Extensive background in negotiations and deal strategy
  • High ability to read the room, anticipate contingencies and execute accordingly

Position Overview

Solution Consultants at OverseeAI work directly with our sales team and channel partners to understand our customers’ needs, strategize how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based product demonstrations, and support Proof of Concept initiatives. Our Solution Consultants are equally comfortable interacting with executives and technical audiences, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are flexible and willing to jump in and get things done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present OverseeAI vision and solution to P&C insurance executives and technical stakeholders 
  • Work with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of our platform throughout the sales cycle, from initial demo through implementation
  • Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving AI and P&C industries, understanding competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position OverseeAI in the market
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Product Marketing to continuously improve our value proposition

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years in a pre-sales environment, with 7-8 years of industry experience
  • Exceptional ability to present and engage with technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu or prepared
  • A broad range of experience within P&C insurance, an understanding of industry-specific technologies, and the perceived value of enterprise technologies 
  • Strong ability to partner with sales and marketing to build compelling value props for prospects/customers and bring them to life through our technology 
  • Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning software
  • Ability to connect a customer’s specific business problems to your solutions
  • Experience with consultants and GSIs (EY, Deloitte, Accenture, etc) is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to conduct discovery sessions to understand client infrastructure and architect alignment with the OverseeAI platform
  • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred

The Senior Data Scientist role at OverseeAI is pivotal to solving complex business problems, enhancing product offerings, and driving innovation. The role requires a strong background in data science and 5-10 years of experience, specifically with expertise in AWS cloud technology and Python programming. The candidate should be proficient in data science techniques such as deep learning, Gradient Boosting Machines (GBMs), Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), synthetic data generation, and genetic algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge predictive models and data analytics solutions, utilising deep learning, GBMs, GANs, synthetic data, and genetic algorithms to drive product innovation and customisation
  • Use AWS cloud technologies to build scalable, efficient data science frameworks supporting SaaS product growth and complexity
  • Architect, develop, and maintain sophisticated data pipelines for real-time data processing and analytics, ensuring high performance and availability to support our SaaS infrastructure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields 
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in data science, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, GBMs, GANs, synthetic data, and genetic algorithms 
  • Advanced proficiency in AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda, SageMaker) and a solid understanding of cloud architecture 
  • Expert-level knowledge in Python and its data science libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas)
  • Experience building and optimising data pipelines, architectures, and data sets, particularly in a real-time SaaS environment 
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

A self-starter attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines are preferable. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
