Position Overview
Account Executives at OverseeAI engage with major property and casualty insurance carriers, identify and establish alignment between our platform and the carrier’s artificial intelligence strategy, and orchestrate all aspects of the sales cycle. The Account Executive role is high-visibility within the OverseeAI business, engaging cross-functionally to ensure customers’ needs are addressed quickly, and business results are delivered efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the customer account strategy and activities from initial contact to contract execution.
- Drive C-level and broader stakeholder engagement with our customers and prospects across their business.

Key Responsibilities
- Present OverseeAI vision and solution to P&C insurance executives and technical stakeholders
- Work with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of our platform throughout the sales cycle, from initial demo through implementation
- Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving AI and P&C industries, understanding competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position OverseeAI in the market
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Product Marketing to continuously improve our value proposition
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years in a pre-sales environment, with 7-8 years of industry experience
- Exceptional ability to present and engage with technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu or prepared
- A broad range of experience within P&C insurance, an understanding of industry-specific technologies, and the perceived value of enterprise technologies
- Strong ability to partner with sales and marketing to build compelling value props for prospects/customers and bring them to life through our technology
- Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning software

- Manage and own OverseeAI relationships with system integration and technology partners
- Vet and onboard new partners, including creating training and enablement assets and conducting formal training sessions
- Understand partner requirements and develop training documentation and enablement for OverseeAI to enable and support new technologies
- Manage and mitigate risks to help partners gather requirements, design solutions, and implement the OverseeAI platform, ensuring reliable achievement of revenue and customer satisfaction goals
